'NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Lionel Powell and Harold Holt, carrying on business cs Impresarios and Concert Agents, at, New Bond-street, London, W1, under the style or firm of LIONEL POWELL AND HOLT, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of July, 1927.
