| Biography | Juha Uusitalo began his musical career as a flautist before emerging as a major vocal talent in 1997 at the Finnish National Opera as Verdis Falstaff. He has since progressed to be an internationally-renowned Wagnerian, singing his first Wanderer in Siegfried in 1999 at the Tirol Festival (under Gustav Kuhn).He then made his debut at the Bayerische Staatsoper in new productions of Das Rheingold and Götterdämmerung (under Zubin Mehta). |
