Biography | Since the age of five, Anthony Tat has enjoyed playing the piano and competing in many regional music festivals. During his time at the Royal College of Music Junior department, he has been involved in a number of competitions and events. These include Jacques Samuel Junior Festival, 2011 EPTA UK, the Emanuel Trophy Piano Competition and Reading Symphony Orchestra Young Musician's Competition. Anthony has performed in venues such as Wigmore Hall, Steinway Hall, Royal Festival Hall (in which he participated in the Lang Lang Inspires project in 2011) and Britten Theatre (in which he attended in Lang Lang Master Class in 2013). Anthony performed Liszt concerto no. 1 in E flat with Reading Symphony Orchestra in February this year at the Great Hall of Reading University. (November 2014) |
