The album "Yesterdays" showcases Rythme Futur's music with a selection of new arrangements of timeless jazz tunes arranged and performed in unique style. They perform as trio to sextet with vocalist Julie McKee.
Rythme Futur started in 2000 when Barrington and George met and shared a common love for the hot music of players they soon became part of the London swing scene, playing regularly at the National Theatre and Le Quecumbar. They have also played at Café Royal, Bloomsbury Theatre, Spice of Life, Underground Theatre, Albert Hall Consort Café, The 100 Club, Chichester Jazz Club, Chelsea Arts Club, Birmingham and Greenwich Jazz Festivals, the International Gypsy Guitar Festival, City of London Festival, BBC Radio's 'World on the Streets Festival' and regularly tour Italy.
