Biography | The Basin Street Brawlers are a London based hot jazz ensemble.
The Brawlers regularly give concerts at the UKs major jazz and chamber music venues, including the Royal Albert Halls Elgar Room, the Pizza Express Jazz Club and the Holywell Music Room. The group are also in demand playing for dancers, featuring at the European Swing Dance Championships and headlining the London Swing Dance Festival numerous times.
The Brawlers have also led masterclasses in early jazz styles at schools and conservatoires, including the Guildhall School of Music. 2016 will see them continue to develop their educational work alongside an exciting performance schedule. |
