BiographyAt the Bavarian State Opera in Munich he sang the secretary in Henze's The Young Lord , in Hanover Britten's Billy Budd (Director: D. Mouchtar-Samorai/Nominierung Bavarian Theatre Prize) and at the Frankfurt Opera Griasnoj (Rimsky-Korsakov: The Tsar's Bride). He worked with director Nicolas Brieger (Henze: Boulevard Solitude Lescault in Frankfurt and Messiaen: Saint Francois Frere Leon d'Assise in San Francisco ). Also in San Francisco and Stuttgart, he worked as a Girl's brother in Busoni's Doktor Faust (directed by Jossi Wieler / production of the year 2005) with, worked with director Christof Loy others at the Frankfurt Opera Don Alfonso in Cosi fan tutte (staged in 2008 / Theatre Award: The fist ) at the Salzburg Festival in 2009, he debuted as Valens in Handel's Theodora and 2010 he sang Danilo in The Merry Widow ( Grand Theatre de Geneve ). At the Cologne Opera , he designed the pelvic diameter ( The Mastersingers of Nuremberg ), Bartok's Bluebeard (Director: Bernd Mottl) and the Forester in Janacek's The Cunning Little Vixen . He made his debut at La Scala and the Berlin State Opera as Alberich in Wagner's Ring of the Nibelung under Daniel Barenboim . He was a protagonist N. (Nietzsche) in the world premiere of Rihm's Dionysos at the Salzburg Festival in 2010 under Ingo Metzmacher . In 2011 he was the first time at the Glyndebourne Festival as pelvic diameter (The Mastersingers of Nuremberg) as a guest. In the role of Orpheus in Offenbach's eponymous opera buffa, he played the violin solo itself Papageno in Mozart's The Magic Flute, with over 120 performances a starring role. Other productions took him to Tbilisi (Ford in Falstaff), Tokyo (Eisenstein in Die Fledermaus), Tel Aviv, Cairo, Spoleto, Sofia (Don Giovanni) and the Bregenz Festival .
