Biography | Hannah Redler is a curator of cross-discipline projects between photography, contemporary art, design, science and technology and specialising in media art. As at 2013, she is Head of Media Space and Arts Programme at the Science Museum, London.
Originally trained at Camberwell and Norwich schools of art, Hannah studied painting and fine art, before taking a degree in Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art.
She came to the Science Museum with experience in a variety of disciplines, having co-founded and Co-directed Studio Fish Digital Media (1993 -1998), then moved to the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television (now National Media Museum). She also worked as a researcher and consultant with organisations including Tate Modern, South Bank Centre, NESTA and Modern Art Oxford and as a reviewer for the Wellcome Trust and EPSRC. |
