Biography | Eva Beynon was a Welsh singer and actress. As a teenager, she moved to London and sang with the Ambrose Orchestra before joining the Henry Hall Dance Band for his Guest Night radio programmes. When WWII broke out, Eva travelled across Europe on Entertainments National Service Association (ENSA) tours to entertain the troops.
She later appeared with the Joe Loss Band and with the Billy Ternent Orchestra where she recorded several 78rpm records. |
