Biography | Established in 1886, the South West London Choral Society is a British amateur choir of about sixty-five members.
During each of three yearly terms, the choir rehearse and perform a different work, usually in one of WandsworthÂ’s churches. The choir sing a variety of choral music and aim to make it enjoyable for performers and audience alike. They have given concerts in St Omer, Calais, Bruges, Lille, Brussels and Ghent. In 2000 they performed a Millennium Concert, 'A Thousand Years in Words and Music', as part of the Festival weekend in Elham Parish Church in Kent. |
