Performance Notes	The RCMJD Octet was formed in September 2015 under direction of Miranda Francis (RCM Head of Junior Programmes). Comprising some of the RCMJD's finest talent, most are section leaders in the RCMJD Symphony Orchestra and a number of them hold Principal positions in the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. They gave their debut performance at the RCM in March 2016, performing This Silence by Mark Anthony Turnage.
