Performance NotesSince 2000, over 225 bands and artists have played Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall, raising over £24 million. Those incredible shows have played a vital role in helping the charity to provide 28 specialist cancer units and over 60 nursing and support staff in NHS hospitals across the UK, making an incredible difference to young people diagnosed with cancer around the country. This year's run of shows will see the 100th performance as part of Teenage Cancert Trust at the Royal Albert Hall since 2000 - that performance being the first of The Who's two nights.

One of the hottest pop stars on the planet, global superstar Ed Sheeran returns to the Royal Albert Hall to for a special concert in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.

Sheeran’s career has gone from strength to strength since the release of his debut album + (plus) in 2011, and has started 2017 by breaking records across the globe with his dual comeback singles Shape Of You and Castle On The Hill.

Ed last performed at the Hall three years ago, making his debut at the venue as part of Teenage Cancer Trust week, 2014. His second performance here is sure to be an unmissable night, coming just weeks after his hotly anticipated third album titled ÷ (divide) is released on 3 March.
