| Performance Notes | Composer and pianist Kirill Richter joins us in the intimate setting of the Elgar Room for a special late show as part of Love Classical, a season celebrating some of the most distinctive and original voices in classical music today. Richter is a mostly self-taught artist, with credits in film, theatre and TV, as well as critical acclaim for both solo piano compositions and orchestral pieces. The driving force behind Russian neoclassical music, Richter was commissioned by Fox Sports to compose the title music piece for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
