International jazz vocalist and songwriter Yvette Norwood-Tiger returns to the Elgar Room for her third performance, as part of her LOVE IS tour – celebrating love through great jazz standards.

Yvette, a Detroit, Michigan native, performs with clean and pure interpretations of the Great American Songbook. Emphasizing intonation and storytelling, her vocal styling and texture is often compared to Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday.
