| Performance Notes | The American folk artist, humorist and actor has released 24 studio albums, 4 live albums and 6 compilations, as well as appearing in at least 18 television programmes and feature films to date. His many albums include High, Wide, and Handsome, I'm Alright, More Love Songs, and History. As an actor he has appeared in movies directed by Judd Apatow, Martin Scorsese, Tim Burton, Cameron Crowe and Hal Ashby, and he has starred in the television shows Undeclared and M.A.S.H.
In 2015, both he and Yusuf Islam / Cat Stevens received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the BBCRadio 2 Folk Awards. Two of his children, Rufus and Martha Wainwright, both previously performed as part of our series of online performance.
