Messrs Ihlee and Home's Exhibition of Balmain's Luminous Paint in the East Crush Room, Royal Albert Hall. Quekett Microscopical Club Exhibition in the Eastern Quadrant Arcade. Gardens and Fountains illuminated with coloured [fires]. Royal Horse Guards, full Band conducted by Mr Charles Godfrey.
