Performance Notes	"CIVIL SERVANTS' PAY PROTEST. LONDON DEMONSTRATION. Civil Servants of all grades took part in a demonstration at the Albert Hall last night against Government policy in recent years in dealing with pay in the service... The resolution called for improved basic pay and improved bonus settlement and a national minimum wage for adult Civil Servants. The Government was warned that a constinuance of existing conditions would constitute a grave menace to the efficiency and goodwill of the public service..." (The Daily Telegraph, 8 April 1933)
