| Performance Notes | India Lucía is a musical project, which fuses two fascinating styles of music: Indian and Flamenco music. The group was founded in India in 1999 and united many great artists from the two continents. Their album, released in 2005, for the first time demonstrates the common elements of flamenco and its Indian roots fused into one art form. The album was distinguished with the 1st prize for 'Best Album of the Year 2005' at Wirtualne Gesle. It also received nomination for Fryderyk 2006 as the best album of World Music in Poland. |
