Performance NotesQueen legend Brian May and West End and Broadway singing sensation Kerry Ellis performed the live version of their hit album, Anthems, in a special Royal Albert Hall concert on the May Bank Holiday Sunday after the Royal Wedding. They were accompanied by the City of London Philharmonic, The Anthems Ensemble, The West End Chorus and Dancers making this a truly spectacular one-off event.

Kerry Ellis has performed as Elphaba in Wicked, Fantine in Les Miserables, Ellen in Miss Saigon, Svetlana in Chess in Concert and Meat in We Will Rock You. She is currently playing Nancy in Oliver at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, London. The great Queen guitarist and composer Brian May will perform new arrangements of a selection of the favourite songs he has specially chosen to be performed by Kerry.

Broadway and West End leading man Adam Pascal will support Brian and Kerry in a programme which will also include songs from Rent, Wicked, Chess, Hairspray, The Rocky Horror Show and the Elton John and Tim Rice Broadway musical, Aida. Adam Pascal is best known to UK audiences for creating the role of Roger Davis in the Broadway production of Rent. He also created the role of Radames in Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida and he appeared at the Royal Albert Hall playing The American in the Tim Rice, Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, Chess in Concert and was one of the stars in this year's The Night of 1000 Voices.
