Performance Notes | Classic Album Sundays founder Colleen Cosmo Murphy will be joined by Dexys Kevin Rowland and Jim Paterson at the Royal Albert Hall to discuss their second album Too Rye Ay, as part of the National Album Day 2022 celebrations.
In what will be the 40th anniversary of the original album, the album has been masterfully reworked and remixed by Kevin Rowland, Pete Schwier, and original violinist Helen OHara to create Too Rye Ay as it should have sounded.
Kevin and Jim will discuss the making of the original album and why they wanted to create this new definitive version of the album in 2022. Later, enjoy the album as its replayed in full on a world class audiophile sound system, followed by a Q&A with the band where fans can ask questions of their own. |
