Performance NotesFlo Yoga is returning to the Royal Albert Hall to teach sessions to live music in the Elgar Room!

Flo has been teaching yoga extensively over 15 years in various settings to mixed ability practitioners. She has a passion for making physical and spiritual yoga accessible to any level of experience or life stage. Initially trained in Vinyasa Flow, Flo enjoys incorporating elements of other disciplines (pilates, mobility exercises, visual and vestibular drills) as she finds that varying the content of classes helps to motivate students as well as keeping the spark of teaching.

Flo will be joined by award winning electric jazz harpist and composer Maria-Christina Harper. Maria-Christina’s music builds on the beauty of melodies of the past with the raw sense and realisation of living today in the modern world. She has performed with names such as Katie Melua and Softcell.
