| Performance Notes | Flo Yoga is returning to the Royal Albert Hall to teach sessions to live music in the Elgar Room!
Flo has been teaching yoga extensively over 15 years in various settings to mixed ability practitioners. She has a passion for making physical and spiritual yoga accessible to any level of experience or life stage. Initially trained in Vinyasa Flow, Flo enjoys incorporating elements of other disciplines (pilates, mobility exercises, visual and vestibular drills) as she finds that varying the content of classes helps to motivate students as well as keeping the spark of teaching.
Jonny Owens, a London based Guitarist, fuses Classical, Jazz & Flamenco into an original acoustic sound for the
stage. He takes inspiration from artists like Paco de Lucia, Tommy Emmanuel, Augustine Barrios and Janek
Gwizdala to name a few. |
