Performance Notes | Over 1,400 senior business people attended the event, which was supported by Jaguar Land Rover, BITC's Responsible Business of the Year 2013, and hosted by comedian David Walliams and Sky Sports presenter Natalie Pinkham.
Entertainment included performances from the Military Wives Choir and George the Poet, and guests also enjoyed seeing Natalie Pinkham interview David Henson, the captain of the Great Britain squad at the US Warrior games for injured and disabled servicemen about the upcoming Invictus Games.
HRH The Prince of Wales made the appointment of Marc Bolland, CEO of Marks & Spencer, as the Prince's National Ambassador for Responsible Business.
A reception area was held in the gallery by Jaguar Land Rover. A white Jaguar car and a white Land Rover were parked on the auditorium stage throughout the awards and outside in the West Car Park three Jaguar Land Rovers were displayed.
The Prince of Wales attended as President of Business in the Community and with the Royal party, were received by Sir David Brewer (Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London). |
