Performance Notes"Union Jacks will be displayed to-day on all the omnibuses, trains, and trams owned by the Underground Railways and alied companies, to commemorate the welcome home celebration which is to be given to the staff at the Albert Hall in the evening. At this celebration General the Hon. Sir Julian Byng will present to the men who have received war decorations [250 men] a parchment as a souvenir of the companies' high esteem of the patriotism. Of the total of 15,979 who have been serving with the colours, just over 9,000 have now been demobilised, and it is expected that the Albert Hall will be crowded from floor to ceiling."
