BiographyBronte Brothers are an English folk quartet. Creswell launched the Brontë Brothers in August 1992 in order to provide a suitable vehicle for his own compositions. The band recorded their debut single, ‘A Winner Too’, in London’s Primrose Hill.

The next single, ‘Live A Little More’, was a new song written by Tanita Tikaram, coupled with originals ‘Need This Lover Growing’ and ‘Stay (Don’t Walk Away)’. In 1993, they performed at Glastonbury Festival and Cambridge Folk Festival. They toured with Gerry Rafferty, the Indigo Girls, Goats Don’t Shave and Ian McNabb, before further slots with Buddy Guy.
