| Biography | The MAYC is the Methodist Church's youth wing. The Methodist Association of Youth Clubs was formed in 1945 under Douglas Griffiths, in order to continue the work of the existing Methodist Sunday School and Guild Departments, and embrace the growing number of Methodist youth clubs being formed. The organisation subsequently adopted MAYC as its official name. |
