| Biography | Cory Band hails from the Rhondda Valley in South Wales, Formed in 1884 they were originally called Ton Temperance. In 1895 Sir Clifford Cory, chairman of the Vory Brothers, heard the band and offered financial assistance, resulting in the change of name to 'Cory'. For a period between the late ninties and 2007, the name changed to 'Just Rentals Cory Band' and then 'Buy as You View Cory Band'. |
