| Biography | The WDR Radio Choir Cologne was founded in 1948 and is a full-time choir with fourty-eight male and female singers. Rupert Huber, who has been working with the WDR Radio Choir since 1986, took up the position of chief conductor at the beginning of the 2004/05 season. Former chief conductors were Bernhard Zimmermann, Herbert Schernus, Helmuth Froschauer and most recently, Anton Marik. David Marlow has been with the WDR Radio Choir Cologne as choral director since August 2010. |
