At the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 300 young women took part in the second demonstration of the Women's League of Health and Beauty.
Barefooted and clad in sleeveless white blouses and black knickers, they carried out the 'stretch and swing' exercises of Mrs Bagot Stacks' system..."
