PATRIOTIC DEMONSTRATION.
"PESTILENTIAL PROPAGANDA."
A great rally of patriotic citizens took place last evening in the Royal Albert Hall, convened by Conservative members of Parliament, the British Empire Union, and other organisations, to protest against "Soviet interference in British affairs." The vast building was filled long before the proceedings commenced. The Right Hon. Colonel John Gretton, MP, who presided, was supported on the platform by many members of both Houses of Parliament, the British Empire Union, and the National League."
