"...WOMAN INTERRUPTS. SHOUT FROM GALLERY. As the Prime Minister was speaking of the links between this country and South AFrica, there was an interruption during a pause after applause. A woman in the second tier of the galleries at the rear of the Royal Albert Hall, drectly facing the platform, started to call out what appeared to be a questions to Mr Macmillan. But her voice was quickly lost and she sat down as he continued with his speech unruffled. "I am sure it is the hope of every one of us that in time a South Africa which follows different racial policies will be able to resume her place at our Commonwealth table." Mr Macmillan declared."
