Performance NotesA concert and speech entitled 'Air Crisis' by aviator Mr Noel Pemberton Billing which he gave in front of 4,000 men and women criticising the Government's ability to fight the War in the air. He described Britain of only having a third-rate air force while Germany's was best. A resolution was carried pledging,'...the meeting to make every effort to attain and maintain in the UK and Imperial Air Service worthy of its Imperial power.'
