Performance NotesThe Prom was cancelled due to a fire in the artists bar, which broke out shortly after 14:30. The Hall was evacuated and the fire brigade attended. Due to the use of sprinklers, flooding occurred which went throught the floor and tripped the power supply board. Lack of power and the time required to dry the panel prevented the Prom from going ahead.

The event would have been broadcast on BBC4 and BBC Radio 3.
