Performance NotesAt the start of the event a presentation of silver medals and certficates were given to to Life-Saving Scout Arthur Seton and Lif-Saving Scout Alfred Richardson, both of Darlington, for rescuing a boy from drowning in the River Tees on 11 August 1926.
