Performance NotesThe accordion is probably most closely identified with folk music from Eastern Europe and South America, but the young Lithuanian virtuoso Martynas Levickis aims to prove that it can make all kinds of music, everywhere. His self-titled debut album on Decca is a riotous ride through a rainbow of styles, all of them artfully tailored and arranged to show off Martynas' brilliant playing. From Beethoven to Vivaldi, Ennio Morricone to Lady Gaga, he takes the accordion around the world and back and forth across the centuries.

SinChronic a quartet bound in the same musical philosophy, ideas and four very different, yet equally inspired personalities, started its life in 2013 while getting together for a concert with acordionist Martynas Levickis. All four musicians have been involved in a various chamber and orchestral music projects throughout the years of study in the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. They continue sharing their musical experiences and insights with each other and every one of you by joining for a new adventure in the string quartet SinChronic. Four members Kristina Morozova and Giedre Zarenaite (violins), Vytenis
Lisauskas (viola), Igne Pikalaviciute (cello) explore the happening of on-stage music and open it up for the broad audiences.
