Performance NotesNoel Fielding trained at Croydon Art College tutored by Dexter Dalwood, who continues to inspire him as does the work of Jean Michel Basquiat and Karel Appel. Noel's visual practice includes drawing, painting, collage and multimedia installation. Noel has created many of the make up and costume designs over the last ten years for the Mighty Boosh, as well as providing the animated segments and creating and appearing as Vince Noir.

His first Solo exhibition at Gallery Maison Bertaux "Psychedelic Dreams of The Jelly Fox" was a sell out show, pieces were bought by International collectors. Collectors of Noel's art include Keith Tyson and Ringo Starr. Noel's second show was "Bryan Ferry VS The Jelly Fox" at Gallery Maison Bertaux. Noel has also shown the video installation of "The Jelly Fox " at the Saatchi Gallery. The characters in this video installation appeared in E4's 'Luxury Comedy' Show which was devised by Noel Fielding and Nigel Coan with music composed by Serge Pizzorno of Kasabian. Andy Warhol and Frida Kahlo also featured as characters in 'Luxury Comedy'.

In 2011, Canongate released 'The Scribblings of a Madcap Shambleton', an art book of Noel's paintings that channels the creative influences of Henri Rousseau, Roy Lichtenstein and Salvador Dali, through Noel's strange and singular, not to say surreal mind. Noel Fielding presented a walk through of Damien Hirst's first major retrospective exhibition at the Tate Modern in 2012
for Channel 4's 'The First Look' Art Programme.

Noel's art has been exhibited in an Art Show for Teenage Cancer Trust, Exhibitions in St Martin's Courtyard, Covent Garden and in the Old Burberry Building in the Haymarket. Noel was also in a group show at the Chancellor Viktor Wynd's The Last Tuesday Society which included works by Leonora Carrington. An exclusive piece by Noel was included in the Liverpool Love Exhibition at the Museum of Liverpool, alongside artists; Sir Peter Blake and Yoko Ono. Noel has shown work in the Liverpool Love Exhibition two years running. Last year, Noel's 'Bubblegum Cats at the Cinema' was exhibited in the LA Cat Show where the painting was featured on the front page of the Time Magazine's Culture Section.

A private view of the exhibition was held on 16 March 2015 from 20:00 until 23:20 for invited guests in the the Berry Bros. & Rudd Bar.
