The Groove Diggers is the senior jazz band of Winterfold House School in Worcestershire. The group has performed at a wide range of events and venues, including Birmingham Town Hall, Kidderminster Town Hall, Bewdley Museum, Upton Jazz Festival, Far Forest Country Fair and many more. Members have even ventured to Europe and beyond to showcase their talents. They have had extraordinary success and recognition over the last two years, both at a local and national level. The group has recently made a recording at the world-famous Metropolis Studios in London after reaching the finals of the National Youth Music Festival. They recorded five live tracks and the final mix will soon be available on Sound Cloud and CD. |
