Performance NotesCliff Richard returns to the Hall as part of his 75th Birthday Tour.

Celebrating his 56th anniversary in the music business this year, Cliff Richard is indisputably Britain’s all-time greatest hit-maker – 100 album releases, 123 single hits, and a place in our charts for the equivalent of over 20 years!

Cliff released his 100th album ‘The Fabulous Rock ‘n’ Roll Songbook’ in November 2013. This studio album of 15 great rock ‘n’ roll tracks was recorded live at the Blackbird Studio and The Parlor in Nashville, Tennessee, and is Cliff’s tribute to the greats of rock ‘n’ roll who inspired and influenced him, such as Elvis Presley, Little Richard, Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly.

These concerts were the last shows in a UK tour beginningon 26 September 2015.

A private aftershow party was held in the Elgar Room to celebrate Cliff Richard's 75th birthday.

The performance was filmed and later released as a DVD, 'Cliff Richard - 75th Birthday Concert from the Royal Albert Hall'.

At 16:00 hundreds of members of Cliff Richard Radio who would be attending the show met by the Albert Memorial in Kenisington Gardens to have a Birthday Party in the Park for Sir Cliff.

Guests who attended the event included Mike Read (DJ), Daniel O'Donnell (singer), Chris Evans (broadcaster), Tim Rice (lyricist), and Michael Flatley (dancer).
