| Performance Notes | David Gilmour, best known as the voice and guitar of Pink Floyd, will return for four more nights at the Royal Albert Hall following the chart-topping success of Rattle That Lock, his fourth solo studio album.
These are David Gilmours only UK concerts to be announced for 2016 and they follow on from his critically-acclaimed five sell-out shows at the Hall this autumn.
Actor Benedict Cumberbatch made a surprise appearance on stage with David Gilmour for the final song."Who knew he could sing?" the former Pink Floyd guitarist quipped on stage.
Actor Richard E Grant and 'Withnail and I' director Bruce Robinson were in the audience.
VIP Stalls Reception tickets were available for £259 per person, which included pre-show and interval hospitality, premium Stalls seat, reception and cloakroom, and programme.
Fine Dining Package tickets were available for £279 per person which included pre-show hospitality in the Coda restuarant, premium Stalls seat and programme.
Box Hospitality tickets were available for £399 (Grand Tier Box, Loggia Box) and £379 (Second Tier). Tickets included exclusive box hire, dedicated waiter, beverages and canapes. |
