Ever-inspired by vintage music and style of the 30s and 40s, the Nell Greco Quartet performs the songs that made an era swoon, with originality and flare.
Having trained in London, Nell has developed a style of her own that naturally traverses genres, continents and decades - encompassing smooth jazz and bossa nova, swing, Chanson Française, and Gypsy-jazz. She's in her element as she explores the rhythmic sass of Billie Holiday, lyrical versatility of Ella Fitzgerald and playful sensitivity of Sarah Vaughan. This quartet brings a vibrant mix of swinging rhythms and timeless expression to every performance. They've played regularly in venues such as Sydney Opera House's Opera Bar, Oxford's Bodleian Library and world-leading bars such as London's Nightjar and The Green Note.
Live Music Brunch takes place in the Halls Verdi restaurant, which offers casual dining and great music within one of Londons most iconic settings. Your ticket includes a welcome drink, main course and dessert, served with tea or coffee, all accompanied by great live music. |
