Performance Notes | Musical virtuoso and legendary television presenter Jools Holland and his much loved Rhythm and Blues Orchestra return to the Royal Albert Hall, for two nights of his trademark boogie-woogie party!
Master of ceremonies for the shows, Jools, will be performing tracks spanning his entire solo career along with pieces taken from his recent instrumental album Piano, released in December 2016, as well as songs from his new collaboration with José Feliciano.
Joining the band on stage will be fan favourites Ruby Turner, Louise Marshall and Beth Rowley on vocals, plus Grammy Award winner José Feliciano, one of the most prominent stars in Latin America and revered musicians in the world.
Jool Holland returned to the Hall two months later in an unofficial capacity on 24 January 2018 to celebrate his 60th birthday by climbing to to roof of the building and standing on the corona above the arena. |
