| Performance Notes | This end-of-year tournament is the season finale to the Tour of Champions, a year-long Tour that makes its way across Europe and the world and pits past tennis champions against each other in order to earn ranking points. The Masters Tennis is held in the unique location of the Royal Albert Hall and draws crowds of more than 30,000 over the course of the event. Players that have taken part in the past have included John McEnroe, Cedric Pioline, Goran Ivanisevic, Pete Sampras and Pat Cash.
SportsAid hosted this charity session which included performances by SportsAid ambassador and sporting soprano, Laura Wright, special courtside appearances from recent Olympians, Paralympians and world champions and an exclusive fundraising raffle and activities throughout the session.
Before the event at 17:00 a Lulumon UK sponsored yoga session for approx. 50 female particpants took place on the tennis floor led by yoga instructor Sanchia Lege. |
