| Performance Notes | The Classic BRIT Awards returns in 2018 for the first time in five years, at a glittering ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall packed with some the greatest musicians in the world.
Hosts Myleene Klass and Alexander Armstrong will celebrate the growing appeal of classical music from film, television, theatre and games, introducing performances from two of Britains best loved entertainers Ball & Boe, the biggest selling classical artist of all time Andrea Bocelli, Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel and winner of Britains Got Talent 2017 Tokio Myers, plus more still to be announced.
During the show, the winner of the first Sound Of Classical poll will be revealed, promoting the best emerging artists and ones-to-watch in classical music, aged 30 or under.
Classic FM was broadcast live from the Hall throughout the day from 09:00 and the event was broadcast live with radio hosts John Suchet, Sam Pittis and Anne-Marie Minhall.
The event was broadcast on ITV television on 17 June 2018.
