Performance NotesITV's This Morning is helping one lucky couple have the wedding of their dreams, and they’re sharing every step of the wedding planning journey with viewers each week on the programme. Couple applied to This Morning with 40 second videos to say why they should be chosen to have the wedding of their dreams planned and staged by This Morning and broadcast live to the nation.

The chosen couple Sarah Roustoby and Shane Maddison originated from Hull and had been together for 13 years. Sarah worked as a PR manager and Shane as a smart meter fitter and ex Royal Marine. The couple met while Shane was still in the armed forces. Shane said: "All the time she stood by me when I was away and we got to know each other through letters." Shane was discharged in 2012 after suffering frostbite from a training exercise and a few years later was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. The couple got engaged in 2014 while on holiday in Las Vegas in front of Planet Hollywood. After three years of trying for a baby with IVF, Sarah gave birth to their daughter Evelyn in August 2017.

Their special day will also mark the 30th anniversary of the ITV show. Producers were impressed by their audition tape in which they rapped their own version of The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air. When Rylan Clark-Neal told them that they had been selected as the lucky couple they couldn't believe their luck and said they were "thrilled."

This was the third annual wedding that This Morning has held. The wedding was hosted in the Royal Albert Hall's iconic auditorium, Door 6 and in a Grand Tier box throughout the day.
