Performance Notes | Legendary Manchester rockers James return to the Royal Albert Hall in 2019. The band is behind some of the biggest hits of the last 30 years and have sold over 12 million albums worldwide.
In typical non-conventional James style, the band will play their 2019 Living In Extraordinary Times UK tour with support from
themselves. For this smaller venue March tour we intend to split the gig up into a 30 minute pin drop, bars closed, acoustic set followed by an electric set after the interval Tim Booth
James fans can expect to hear their well-loved classic hits alongside new material from their most recent Top 10 album Living In Extraordinary Times across both the 30-minute acoustic set and their famed storming electric main show.
"Well @RoyalAlbertHall is as good as its reputation. The quality of silence in the acoustic set is proof of dark matter - it's so alive. So naked and held by everyone there. This is a special tour. Thank you <3" (Twitter, @RealTimBooth, 9 March 2019)
Lead singer Tim Booth danced in the audience, crowd surfed and invited members of the audience onto the stage at the end of the concert. |
