Performance NotesBryan Ferry returns to the Royal Albert Hall in March 2020 as part of his UK Tour.

2020 will also see the iconic British singer-songwriter release a new live album, Live at the Royal Albert Hall 1974.

Ferry came to prominence as the lead vocalist and principal songwriter with the glam art rockers Roxy Music, whose hits included Virginia Plain, Love is the Drug, and Avalon, and later as a solo artist with singles such as Let’s Stick Together and Slave to Love.

This concert was the last main auditorium show to be held before the Hall closed to the public from midday on Tuesday 17 March 2020 in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and following advice from government. It was the first time the Hall had been closed since the Second World War.

This concert and Ferry's subsequent concert on 13 March 2020 were both recorded and released on CD, double vinyl and digitally on 2 April 2021. All proceeds shared between Bryan Ferry's band and crew who had been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and loss of work.
