The meeting closed at the Royal Albert Hall at which the General delivered a long address about his journey.

According to The Daily Telegraph (11 September 1905), Salvation Army girls seated in the arena stalls wore white headdresses that spelt out the work 'WELCOME' in capital letters.

Following a film screening, yellow screens were removed from in front of the stage and there appeared, to the audience's surprise, General Booth in a large white car with red wheels and leather studded seat.
