Performance Notes	Ignite was launched in September 2005 as a brand new lunchtime music series showcasing exciting and talented musicians in the Cafe Consort. The concerts were free and took place most Friday lunchtimes from 12:00-13:30. The objectives of the music series were to encourage local residents, the staff of local businesses and cultural attractions, students and staff of educational institutions and domestic and foreign tourists in the area to attend the Hall at lunchtime and increase daytime access to the Hall. Formed in 2003, the quartet performs a wide variety of jazz tunes, ranging from Duke Ellington to the hard bop compositions of the 60s and modern jazz arrangements from the like sof Oscar Peterson.
