| Performance Notes | This charity concert will be in aid of the PRS Members' Fund which provides financial help to members and former members of the Performing Right Society when they have financial problems. They help people who are unable to work because of illness, accidents or disability and those who may find things more difficult as they get older.
PRS Members' Fund has been helping songwriters and composers in times of crisis since the 1930s. Artists appearing for this event are Amy Macdonald, Bill Wyman, Chris Difford, Georgie Fame, Jan Akkerman, Level 42, Martin Taylor, Melanie C, Paul Carrack, Robin Gibb and The Rhythm Kings (house band).
Rod Stewart, who had earlier denied rumours of plans for a Faces reunion in 2009, was not present. |
