Performance NotesIntroducing little ears to the world of classical music, Classical for Kids offers the opportunity for families to attend a chamber concert performed by the professional musicians from the Hall’s very own Albert’s Band. Each concert features carefully selected proper classical repertoire but presented in a relaxed environment for children to express themselves, with no expectation to stay still or be quiet.

Following her successful Royal Albert Home performance in 2020, Albert’s Band harpist Cecilia de Maria comes to the Elgar Room to introduce you to the wonderful sound of the Harp. With music by Puccini, Salzedo and Bizet little ones will love this close-up glimpse of the most magical instrument in the orchestra!
