| Performance Notes | Banah presents Jaziyyat: a jazz revival of Arabic classics as part of EFG London Jazz Festival.
Giving classical Arabic music influences a contemporary sound, Banah and her quartet will be taking the audience on a journey through renowned hits that have shaped the Arabic music industry since the 1930s.
As part of the EFG London Jazz Festival, Banah and her quartet present this first of its kind musical revival that brings a contemporary twist to classical renditions by the musical giants of the region, including the likes of Umm Kulthum, Abdel Halim Hafez, Abdel Wahab and Asmahan.
